Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most locations across India.

⚠️ Delivery may not be available in certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

📦 Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping offers may be available on select products or during promotions


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes and products

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call or message

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD restriction for future purchases


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

TROVIXA shall not be held liable for such delays.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product
