TROVIXA Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your GoBlend™. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the charging cable included.
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a replacement or refund at no extra cost — just contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
- For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use (blending residue, scratches from use, missing seals) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to request a return
- Email us at trovixa2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions within [2 business days].
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7–10 business days] of us receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance promotions.
- Gift cards.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
