Refund policy

At TROVIXA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Used, worn, or tampered products


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

  • Brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


3. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Refund Modes:

  • UPI / Wallet: 2–5 business days

  • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI


5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Product returned in used or damaged condition

  • Missing accessories or original packaging

The refund amount will be determined after inspection.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at Trovixa2025@gmail.com


8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
